Patricia van Buynder
Trish Van Buynder is one of the original members of the LOCHI team and began on the project in 2005. She worked with Australian Hearing for 9 years as a paediatric audiologist prior to commencing on the project. She also has a Diploma in Education. Trish oversees the audiologists working on the project as well as coordinating the staff in Victoria.
Lauren Burns joined the Lochi team in 2006 when the project was in its infancy. She has worked with Australian Hearing as a Paediatric Audiologist for more than 10 years having graduated with an Honours degree in Physiology in addition to her post graduate qualification in Audiology. Lauren enjoys her current liaison and audiological case management role. She works 2 days a week on the LOCHI project and spends her other time caring for her 2 pre-school children.
Speech Pathology Manager
Laura Street joined the LOCHI project in 2008. She has a degree in Speech Pathology from La Trobe University Melbourne, a Specialist Certificate in Clinical Research (Neuroscience), and a Certificate IV in training and assessment from Swinburne University, Melbourne. Laura oversees the Speech Pathologists working on NAL projects across NSW, Victoria and QLD.
